This is a resample, not an AI enlarge. For 2× or 4× super-resolution, use Upscale Image. Inputs above 32 megapixels are rejected.

Pixels, percent, and presets
Use exact pixels when a CMS or print spec names a width. Use percent when you want “half size” without doing the math. Presets cover common HD, 4K, and social boxes.
The on-screen preview is reduced so a large original does not lock the tab. The download is the size you asked for.
Resize vs crop vs upscale
Resize changes dimensions. Crop cuts a region. Upscale invents detail at 2× or 4×. Many jobs need two steps: crop to 1:1, then resize to 1080px.
If the file is still heavy after a downscale, run Compress Image on the result.
When not to use this tool
Do not use it as a print RIP, a RAW developer, or a face-aware “smart enlarge.” It will not protect faces the way a desktop editor can.
Huge inputs are rejected at the 32-megapixel cap. Batch work is fine within the 24-file and 50 MB limits.
